NorthReach Agency connects brands with independent content creators for paid UGC and influencer collaborations. Creators are independent contractors, not our employees, and every collaboration is confirmed by both sides before work begins.
Usage rights for creator content (where and how long a brand may use it, including paid advertising) are defined in each project agreement. Nothing on this site transfers ownership of any content unless a signed agreement says so.
You agree not to misuse this site, submit false information, or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may decline or end a collaboration if these terms are breached.
Our services are provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthReach Agency is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or our services.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
